Production of sawn timber on modern sawing equipment HewSaw R250 log-in, debarking machine VALON KONE, conveyors of the famous Austrian company BRUKS and Jartek sorting line.
Logging is carried out by mechanized brigades on the territory of the Udorsk region using cut-off technology at leased forest fund plots transferred by the Committee of Forests of the Komi Republic under Lease Agreement No. 5 of 15.06.2010.
The forest site development project was developed by Techcarta LLC in Syktyvkar and approved by the Order of the Forest Committee of the Komi Republic No. 932 of December 22, 2010.
The design capacity of the first stage of the timber processing plant is 120,000 cubic meters, dry sawn timber per year. Sawmill is equipped with equipment from leading manufacturers: Viesto (Finland), Jartek (Finland), Bruks (Sweden), Weinig (Germany), Vollmer (Germany), Volvo (Sweden).
Sawmill production includes technologically balanced units that carry out:
1) Acceptance, sorting, warehousing and sawing of sawlogs (spruce, pine, fir);
2) Sorting, drying, packing, warehousing and shipment of sawn timber;
3) Sorting, warehousing and shipment of technological chips
